WorkCover funding is strictly for treatment related to your approved workplace injury.
This means WorkCover does NOT cover:Full-body massage
Relaxation or stress-relief massage
Treatment on areas not related to your WorkCover-approved injury
Extra time beyond your approved session length
Add-ons such as hot stones, aromatherapy or cupping (unless approved)
Any non-clinical or wellness-based services
If you would like treatment outside your approved injury areas, this can be added as a private upgrade and must be paid by you on the day.
These boundaries help keep your treatment compliant, ethical and aligned with WorkSafe guidelines.
-
WorkCover clients follow the same cancellation policy as all BARE Remedial appointments.
Cancellations within 24 hours: A cancellation fee applies, as the time has been reserved for you.
No-shows: A full session fee applies.
WorkCover does not pay cancellation or no-show fees, so these charges must be paid by you.
This policy ensures fairness, protects appointment times and keeps your treatment plan consistent.
