    Every treatment is tailored to your needs on the day.

  • Remedial Massage – 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes (includes consultation, hands-on treatment and aftercare advice).

    Relaxation Massage – 60, 90 and 120 minutes.

    Reflexology – 45 or 60 minutes.

    Manual Lymphatic Drainage – 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

    Cupping – integrated into remedial massage (length varies).

  • If you’re unsure, I’ll guide you during your consultation and recommend the best approach for your body and goals.

  • Yes — treatments are adapted for all ages and abilities. For children under 18, a parent or guardian must be present.

  • Yes — if you have a fever, contagious illness, or certain acute injuries, massage may not be suitable. If you’re unsure, contact me before your appointment or speak with your GP.

  • You can book online via the booking page on my website, or contact me directly by phone or email.

  • If I have availability, yes. The best way is to check online via the booking system, or you can contact me directly.

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

    Friday: 9:30am – 7:00pm

    Every Second Saturday: 9:30am – 2:30pm

    Every Second Sunday: 10:30am – 2:30pm

    Please check the online booking system for current availability, as weekend sessions alternate.

  • Yes — private health rebates are available for remedial massage treatments. Payment is made in full on the day and I provide an itemised receipt that you can submit to your health fund via their app, portal or branch. Rebate amounts vary by policy, so please check with your fund.

  • EFTPOS, credit card, PAY ID and cash.

  • Yes! Digital and physical gift vouchers are available.

  • Inside Sunbury Medical Centre. Enter through the main doors, turn right through the sliding doors, and take the stairs to Level 1.

  • Yes, free parking is available on-site.

  • Yes — I am a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, a proud member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, and I hold current First Aid & CPR certifications. Your safety and wellbeing are always my top priority, I follow strict professional standards and a code of ethics in every treatment.

  • It helps me understand your health history, current concerns, injuries, or medical conditions so I can tailor your treatment safely and effectively. It also ensures I meet professional requirements for record-keeping and provide the highest standard of care.

  • Yes. All client information is confidential and handled in line with privacy laws and professional ethics.

  • We’ll start with a short consultation and health history. Your massage is always tailored to your comfort, with aftercare advice given at the end.

  • Drink water, rest if possible and follow any self-care tips I provide. Some people feel very relaxed, while others feel reenergized — both are normal!

  • At BARE Remedial, I understand life can be unpredictable. To keep things fair for everyone:

    Cancellations: 24 hours notice required. Less than 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

    No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

    Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before at no cost. Frequent reschedules (more than 2 per booking) may require a deposit or pre-payment.

    Running Late: I’ll always do my best to provide your full treatment, but if another client is booked after you, your session may need to be shortened.
